“Don’t allow an unknown tomorrow to ruin a perfectly good today.”

Anticipation of an event is typically worse than the event itself, since through anticipation our minds have no way to limit the true impact and outcome, and we exaggerate in our minds the ultimate outcome of the negative event.  So why worry today about what might happen tomorrow, when tomorrow may never come, and even if it does, you have no real way to gauge the ultimate impact correctly!
